
Lemongrass is an easy to grow perennial which adds an exotic lemony flavor to many recipes. It’s commonly used to make herbal teas and drinks. It’s also used as a healing ingredient in detox teas and is considered essential to the practice of Ayurveda.
Common in Asian foods and found most often in Thai cuisine.
Typically perennial in zones 8-11 but can be potted out in most any zone to add gorgeous edibles to any home or landscape.
